Key Responsibilities :
Customer Support & Operations :
The the go-to resource for customers, providing expert guidance and resolving inquiries.
Optimize and refine customer support processes to improve efficiency.
Oversee the customer closing process, ensuring contracts and documentation are in place.
Review and enhance fraud prevention measures to protect both customers and the company.
Partner Relationship Management :
Build and nurture strong relationships with lenders, real estate agents, and other key partners.
Track and analyze partner performance to optimize collaborations.
Represent Foyer in partner meetings, discussing updates and strategic opportunities.
Sales :
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build relationships with high-value customers to deepen engagement and drive retention.
Act as a trusted home-buying advisor, helping customers navigate their journey.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer-facing roles.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in real estate or holding a real estate license is a significant advantage.
Proficiency with tools like Excel and basic familiarity with data handling
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Location Preference :
