What are the responsibilities and job description for the Free People Movement Associate Manager, Athlete and Celebrity Talent position at FP Movement?
Role Summary
FP Movement is seeking an individual to support across all types of talent partnerships - including but not limited to athletes, campaign talent, and influencers. The Associate Director of Influencer Relations, FP Movement will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of such partnerships and must be comfortable communicating directly with talent and/or their management teams. Furthermore, this role will handle talent outfitting, social post monitoring, and campaign reporting to ensure successful partnerships from start to finish.
Role Responsibilities
· Support with day-to-day operations of talent partnerships, including talent outfitting, social post monitoring, campaign reporting, etc.
· Research on-brand talent for future partnerships and compile pitch decks for leadership as needed
· Coordinate uniform and apparel kits for long-term athlete partners
· Assist with talent-related logistical elements of photo and video shoots
· Ensure talent content is uploaded to appropriate internal drives and shared with key cross-functional partners
· Assist with monthly and quarterly recaps, in addition to monitoring talent performance daily
· Support with expense tracking and updating project trackers regularly
· Assist onsite as needed for brand activations, shoot days, etc. (some occasional night and weekend events/shoots required)
Role Qualifications
- 3-4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Passion for FP Movement brand and the activewear space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-versed in talent partnerships and campaign execution
- Comfortable being talent-facing, especially onsite at events, shoots, etc.
- Extremely organized
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and multitask
- Ability to think and act quickly to meet talent expectations
- A collaborative, “team-first” attitude
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinker
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, CreatorIQ, and Google Analytics preferred, but not required

Pay Range
USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.California Criminal History
