The Reconstruction Foreman is responsible for meticulously overseeing and documenting repair projects from start to finish. FP Property Restoration prides themselves on transparency, and the Foreman is a key leader in this initiative. You will be utilizing technology to document, update and display residential and commercial projects in SWFL. The ideal candidate has experience in areas such as: Carpentry, Drywall, Paint, Flooring, Cabinetry and Light electrical or plumbing work. The foreman works directly with a Project Manager on all projects.
Job Responsibilities
· Participate in 1-2 Week Onboarding Training

· Manage Job Budgets
· Oversee 14-20 repair projects at a time (DOE)
· Coordinate and Vet Subcontractors
· Ensure Client Satisfaction throughout the Project
· Manage a Daily Schedule of Appointments
Job Requirements
· Valid Driver’s License
· Background Check
· Ability to Travel: 100% (Within Defined Market)
· 1 Year of Construction Experience
