FP Property Restoration is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to represent FP Property Restoration in a professional manner throughout the mitigation portion of claims.
As an established Restoration, Construction & Cleaning organization, we expect exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and thorough documentation. FP Property Restoration is seeking a dependable technician to operate out of the Fort Myers market.
Job Responsibilities
- Adhering to Company Processes
- Exhibit Exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to Climb Stairs/Stepstools/Ladders When Necessary
- Physical Components: Equipment Moving, Demolition Cleaning/Disinfecting
- Provide Required Job-site Documentation
- Follow Job-Site Safety Protocols
Job Requirements
- 1 Year of Construction Experience (Required)
- 1 Year of Water/Fire/Mold Damage Restoration (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Pass Background Check
- Ability to Travel: 100% (Within Defined Market - Tampa)
- Timeliness
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds throughout the day
- Communicate via email, phone, and text
- Must-Have the Ability to be on Call and to Work Nights and Weekends/Overtime, as Needed
