Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of dashboards and visual reports for internal teams, tracking KPIs such as traffic, subscriptions, conversions, downloads, and engagement.
- Provide in-depth analysis and ad hoc reports to support strategic decision-making across Product, Editorial, and Business functions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimize strategies and initiatives aimed at audience growth, engagement, and loyalty.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and effectively communicate these to non-technical audiences.
- Support the development and execution of data-driven tests and campaigns to achieve our ambitious growth and engagement goals.
- Work with our engineering team to manage and improve data pipelines, proper tagging and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support custom data analysis and reporting needs.
- Explore opportunities to leverage additional tools and platforms, such as Generative AI, to enhance analytical capabilities.
