Senior Human Resources Generalist 0-5 years experience
Location: Greater Indianapolis Area (Central Indiana)

Global manufacturing company with over 1300 (non-union) employees, is expanding and looking to add a SR HR Generalist to join their team.
The HR Generalist will perform various Human Resources related activities associated with facilitating training programs, guiding employees, advising employees on benefits, conflict resolution & employee concerns and other HR related tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Looking for an individual who possess the traits and talent, and aspires to rise to the next level such as Associate HR Manager or HR Manager.
- 5 years well rounded experience in Human Resources function.
- Prefer experience from Manufacturing work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources concentration.
- Technical Skills: aptitude with Microsoft / Office applications.
- Certifications: SHRM credentials (PHR/SPHR) are a plus but not required.
- Salary is commensurate with experience
