The General Manager will lead and direct the activities of a division responsible for the manufacturing of high reliability electronic products.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build and lead a high performing team to deliver operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
- Build and cultivate long-term partnership relationships with existing and new customers to support site growth.
- Support continuous improvement, prevention of defects, and lean manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts to ensure the most cost-effective manufacturing methods are deployed.
- Support quality initiatives including root cause analysis, development of corrective actions and implementation of changes.
- Promote the concept of individual responsibility for product excellence.
