As Lead Electrical Engineer, you will drive the development of next-generation drones by overseeing the design and implementation of cutting-edge electronics and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full PCB development lifecycle, including schematic capture, layout, prototyping, fabrication, and manufacturing.
- Design and optimize high-density PCBs with advanced technologies, including blind and buried vias, HDI, and flexible PCBs.
- Develop and refine power supply circuitry, motor control systems, and digital circuit designs for small UAVs.
- Manage and validate signal integrity for high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, MIPI, USB3, and Ethernet.
- Support rapid development cycles (6-week sprints) through iterative prototyping and testing.
- Debug and test electromechanical systems using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and mechanical engineering, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Create detailed Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for manufacturing and support design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
- Conduct design reviews and implement product changes based on feedback.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source components and manage supply chain constraints.
