The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to all aspects of site Manufacturing Operations, working with Quality and Engineering on process improvements, and ensuring compliance with ISO audits.

Candidates must have a BS in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, at least 7 years of Management experience in a Manufacturing environment, direct experience in high-speed manufacturing, proficiency in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, and an MBA. Additionally, experience in plastic molding, or assembly of complex products is highly desirable.
