Growing Manufacturing Company in the Rock Hill, SC area seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for it’s new Plant Operations. Start up situation with excellent future and career stability. Reporting to the Site Manager the HRBP is responsibility for overseeing all HR day-to-day activities. Job Functions include :
Recruiting and On Boarding new employees.
Manage the Training of employees.
Administer Discipline Program as required. Conduct employee investigations .
Administer Benefits Program.
Coach / counsel Management on HR Policies and Practices.
Administer Short Term Disability, FMLA, Return to Work Programs.
Oversee KRONOS Timekeeping and Payroll Administration.
Effectively communicate status of HR strategies and programs to Regional HRM.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
BS Degree in Human Resources or related Degree.
Minimum 4 years HR Manufacturing experience.
Microsoft Office experience. Word & Excel.
HRIS experience in Workday preferred.
Knowledge of Payroll Systems / Management.
Demonstrated Interpersonal, Communications, Leadership skills.
