Senior Operations Manager
FPC of Greensboro has partnered with a global, growing Medical Device manufacturing client in the Columbia, SC area to identify a new Senior Operations Manager. This leadership position will have ownership over production, processes, and people in their assigned product line.
The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for goal setting, decision making, and driving accountability towards departmental objectives. This is a highly automated, high-speed manufacturing and assembly environment within the Medical Device space.
We are seeking candidates with proven Operations experience in high-speed manufacturing and assembly operations. Successful management of hourly Associates, Engineers, and Technical Associates is required. Prior Medical Device industry experience is preferred. A BS degree is required.
