Site Continuous Improvement Manager
FPC of Greensboro has partnered with a global Medical Device manufacturing company to identify a new Site CI (Continuous Improvement) Manager for their large, complex manufacturing plant in the Columbia, SC area.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience in progressive positions in Maintenance, Operations, and / or Engineering. Proven experience with TPM, OEE, and high-speed manufacturing is preferred.
This position is part of the leadership team and will act as the Site Leader's right hand. They will be passionate about creating a culture of excellence. A BS degree is required, along with proven experience in manufacturing settings.
