Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our First Shift team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
- PM and WO completion according to schedule
- Equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Training and mentoring junior team members
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Proven track record of completing PMs and WOs on time
- Proficiency with CMMS software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizenship or green card holder
