What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead product development and commercialization for new and existing food & beverage products
🔹 Solve formulation and process challenges with scientific expertise and creativity
🔹 Work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive product success
🔹 Travel as needed (20%) to manufacturing sites for scale-up and commercialization
What You Bring:
✅ Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Dairy Science, or related field
✅ 3 years of experience in hands-on food & beverage product development
✅ Strong expertise in ingredient functionality, formulation, and commercialization
✅ Open for a US Citizen or green card holder

💰 Salary: $100K-$115K Bonus structure, 401k match, excellent medical benefits, and relocation assistance available
