Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to develop and maintain an effective Inventory Control Plan, aiming for 98% or higher accuracy. You will work cross-functionally to improve inventory processes, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Inventory Control Plan
- Maintain master data for physical inventory
- Create BI reports to track KPIs and warehouse metrics
- Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Schedule and perform daily inventory counts
- Monitor and review inventory variances
- Track daily KPIs to ensure accuracy
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Review OSMI and recommend improvements
- Monitor OSMI scrap rate
- Participate in the PCG Team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office; Power BI or related software experience preferred
- Experience with inventory control systems, cycle counting, and process mapping
- Strong understanding of inventory flow and supply chain
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
