- General contract negotiation experience
- Majority of experience in a law firm setting. (Bonus points if you also have in-house counsel experience)
- Ability to work with contracts on the supply chain side (our client’s suppliers) as well as on the commercial side for the products they sell (both hardware and software)
- Experience with Intellectual Property is a plus!
- Along with those hard skills, the corporate counsel for this position has a dynamic personality who can roll with the punches and support the sales team.
