As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, overseeing the maintenance of our equipment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal downtime.
- Utilize root cause analysis (RCA) tools to identify and resolve equipment failures, implementing strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- IDentify critical spare parts and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal availability.
- Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, providing guidance and coaching to improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and optimize business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical background, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of CMMS programs and lean/six sigma principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
