What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Manager position at FPC of Savannah?
The Plant Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities at the facility. This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development. Responsible for Operations, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Safety.
Position reports to a VP of Operations.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Associate's degree required, bachelor's preferred
- 6 years in mfg, 3 years in leadership
- Held a plant manager title (or equivalent) for at least 1 year
- Led a team of at least 75
- LSS training and practical application
- Capital Expansion project experience
- US Citizen or green card holder
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Compensation
- $120k base 15% bonus
