Job Description : We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional who will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in solution-based sales, a deep understanding of consulting services, and experience selling to founders and C-level executives.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our services within existing accounts to maximize revenue and growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer customized solutions to address them.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Forrest Performance Groups service offerings, such as traction and Insperity consulting services.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to provide tailored solutions and recommendations to clients.
  • Handle complex sales cycles by presenting our value proposition to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring their success.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in consulting services (business management system such as traction or a human resources payroll services like Insperity or Paychex.
  • Proven track record of selling to founders and C-level executives.
  • Experience handling complex sales cycles and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Prior experience as a sales leader, ideally in a senior sales or leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and provide effective solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Located in Fort Worth, TX.
