JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the first point of contact for all new leads and as the liaison between leads and our sales executives. You will own the process between Marketing and Sales to ensure all prospective clients have a Dantotsu experience with FPG. This role requires high energy, confidence, and a passion for connecting with people. A successful Brand Ambassador at FPG will help amplify the company’s impact, create new opportunities, and drive brand growth within the sales training industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote FPG’s Brand & Services

  • Effectively communicate FPG’s mission, sales training programs, and coaching services to potential clients and partners.
  • Serve as a key advocate for FPG’s flagship programs, including Warrior Selling and Leadership Sales Coaching .

Engage with Clients & Prospects

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and industry influencers.
  • Act as a point of contact to answer questions, provide insights, and generate interest in FPG’s offerings.
  • Assist in client onboarding and ensure a seamless experience in collaboration with the sales and operations teams.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Engagement

  • Actively participate in and promote FPG’s brand on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Share testimonials, case studies, and success stories to enhance brand credibility and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
  • Generate Leads & Drive Sales

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads and referrals.
  • Support the sales team by creating warm introductions and promoting sales training programs.
  • Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to attract new business opportunities.
  • Represent FPG’s Core Values

  • Embody and promote FPG’s core values, including personal growth, collaboration, and product excellence.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation in all interactions.
  • Assist in Brand Awareness Campaigns
  • Support marketing initiatives, email campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Send out approved marketing materials and email correspondence to leads.
  • Track & Report Engagement Metrics

  • Provide regular reports on brand engagement, lead generation, and networking activities.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of brand outreach efforts and suggest improvements.
  • SKILLS & EXPERTISE :

  • 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in online customer service such as chat responses is preferred
  • Experience with online and cloud platforms such as CRM, Asana, outlook, chat bot, zoom, etc.
  • Strong Attention to Detail & Organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability & Desire to follow a step-by-step proven process.
  • Eligible to work in the United States is required.
