We seek a motivated and results-driven Customer Advocate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Customer Advocate will be key in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Participate in team meetings and work with all other offices required to provide a 5-star experience to your customers successfully.
- Close deals.
