The Activity Director/Concierge is responsible for promoting and conducting resident activities about various topics, ensuring topics presented are suitable for a wide audience. The Activity Director/Concierge is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with company policy and all safety protocols, and supports the carrying out of the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client's objective and expectations.
Pay: $16 - $21 / Hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submit a monthly calendar of activities by the 15th of the preceding month. Activities should include subjects about health, living wills, nutrition and social events.
- May act as the bus driver for scheduled trips and activities, requiring maintaining safe driving practices, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record.
- Maintain the community bulletin boards and social media calendars.
- Encourage participation in activities by promoting them with the residents. Sign in sheets and announcements should be posted a minimum of seven (7) days in advance.
- Act as a concierge of the community provided services needed by the residents (i.e.: dry cleaning, grocery delivery and doctor/service provider referrals).
- Activities should promote involvement by all residents. Activities should bring awareness of the apartment community to the surrounding business community.
- Keep the living common areas neatly arranged and free of clutter. Media Room, Business Center, Activity Center, and Residents social areas should be checked daily.
- Turn on the lights at the beginning of each day and turn off the lights to models and common areas at the end of each day.

- Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
- Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures.
- Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
- Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
- Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
- Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in retail, sales, or customer service will also be considered.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, social media).
