We are seeking a Salesforce Architect who will be responsible for :

Responsibilities

  • In-depth understanding with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, advanced Apex programming techniques, Salesforce APIs for integrations, Controllers, and triggers.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) tools, and implementing and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
  • Hands-on with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using LWC for building custom UI components and integrations along with advanced knowledge of Salesforce administration concepts.
  • Designing scalable and robust solutions on the Salesforce platform, implementing complex data models within Salesforce, and optimizing data storage and retrieval strategies.
  • Defining and aligning technical roadmaps with business goals, identifying technical risks / bottlenecks, and implementing mitigation plans and optimizations to improve system performance.
  • Designing cohesive strategies, mentoring junior developers, estimating technical requirements, performing code reviews, approving configurations / code, and driving technical decisions and implementations.
  • Analyzing complex technical issues, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Working in Agile software development methodologies, including iterative development in Agile teams, and proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA for issue tracking and collaboration.

    • Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications : Administrator / App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Developer 2, Consultant, Architect, etc.
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and RDBMS knowledge with SQL experience.
  • Hands-on experience in version control systems (e.g., Git / Bitbucket) for code management and implementing CI / CD processes.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LWC).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Willingness to work a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm (IST).
