POSITION OVERVIEW
The Compliance Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring that Fracht USA abides by US law and industry regulations. This role will support the Compliance Team by aiding with the maintenance of Fracht’s compliance programs including ISO and other programs as assigned. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with the formulation, implementation and improvement of Fracht’s existing compliance policies, procedures and programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Fracht policies and procedure documentation. Includes collecting procedures from all departments, updating templates as well as updating the Master Document List regularly.
- Support with answering client questionnaires (compliance, HSE, QHSE) in a timely manner and correspond internally with various Fracht team members to ensure all answers are met and provided back to requestor by due date.
- Help manage Compliance’s SharePoint by saving all documents accordingly and ensure organization and structure is maintained.
- Manage and maintain LMS 365 training platform for all compliance, sustainability and risk management trainings. Ensure all records are kept up to date and ensure most recent trainings are available to Fracht employees.
- Support with all aspects of ISO program, including but not limited to, internal and external audits, trainings, document retention, document implementation and all other duties as assigned.
- Support on QHSE initiatives as assigned.
- Support on Risk team initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with vendor vetting and vendor compliance approvals as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Administrative experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Office
- Skilled in PDF programs
- Highly qualified in both internal and external communication
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adapt and be flexible with shifting priorities
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Safely and successfully performs the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged period of time in office environment, desk setting
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
