Our work environment includes:

- Roll-up doors in parking lot, shipping and receiving area

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing our products
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies, ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations
- Implement and maintain transportation management systems (UPS, FedEx, XPO, and Worldwide Express)
- Collaborate with management to optimize supply chain management
- Purchase components and materials using purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, delivery times, and quality
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Some manufacturing experience a plus - occasionally you'll be asked to help out with some manufacturing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices
- Strong organizational capabilities, ensuring efficient management and optimization of warehouse operations.
- Proficient in inventory control techniques and procedures
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other order management software
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and freight shipping software
- Demonstrates excellent teamwork skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in purchasing and vendor management, including handling purchase orders
