Engagement Manager, Digital Commerce

Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Commerce expert to develop and execute our comprehensive Digital Commerce strategy. In this role, you will lead the development of new products and services aligned with our company's business goals while overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Commerce strategy that aligns with the company's
overall business goals and objectives.
• Lead the development of new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
• Work closely with the Technology team to ensure our technology platforms and tools meet customer needs and deliver business value.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Work hands-on with data, solutioning, client presentations, and deliveries as required (Mandatory).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and
internal teams.
• Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies and manage client escalations.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Digital Commerce strategies, market trends, and best practices.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful products and services.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in risk mitigation and client escalations.
• Expertise in Digital Commerce (Mandatory).
• Product management experience (Mandatory).
• CPG industry understanding (Mandatory).
• Client relationship management skills (Mandatory).
• Experience managing incremental releases (Preferred).
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range is: $132,000 to $165,000.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per
week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
