Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our team. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing complex programs.
Responsibilities
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $245,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.

- Manage multiple programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure programs and projects align with business requirements and timelines
- Develop and maintain program and project management plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and manage program and project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in business development activities, such as proposal development and client presentations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in program management methodologies and technologies
- Develop and maintain best practices and standards for program management within the organization
- Manage and mentor junior program managers
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 7 years of experience in program management, including experience in managing complex programs
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies and technologies
- Experience in managing multiple programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in identifying and managing program and project risks and issues, and developing mitigation plans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
- Experience in business development activities, such as proposal development and client presentations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong project management skills
