Summary:
Under the supervision of the HR/Office Coordinator, Customer Service Operator functions as a link between the company and customers to ensure all their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the work provided by Frain Industries.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet people entering in and out of the building, answering any visitor questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is here to meet or visit them.
- Answer multiple phone lines using phone system, managing calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages.
- Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
- Handle filing and data entry as requested.
- Processing daily customer samples.
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or making calls.
- Serve as backup when HR/Office coordinator is out of office.
- Assist in company meetings when needed.
- Inputting shop hours into a database.
Qualification.
- Knowledge of MS office
- Organizational and multi-taking abilities.
- Communication and people skills
- Written and verbal skills
- Strong phone skills.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand, walk, and work with hands for extended periods of time.
· Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
