About the Role:

· Hours: Mon-Fri from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with seasonal flexibility and limited weekends

· Lead and mentor a team of lawn care technicians while maintaining hands-on involvement (80% field, 20% admin)

· Oversee daily operations, including route planning, quality control, and team scheduling

· Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the field

· Conduct property assessments and develop treatment recommendations

· Manage customer relationships and resolve service inquiries professionally

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations

· Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory management

· Participate in ongoing training and professional development

· Support business growth through operational excellence and team development

· Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

· RT, 3B license required. 3A, 7A certifications preferred

· 3 years lawn treatment experience

· Valid driver's license with clean record

· LMN software experience is a plus

· Strong knowledge of turf health and maintenance

· Proven leadership experience
