• Experience/Edu: 10 years of experience in AI software development, with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• AI Frameworks: Experience with AI frameworks and libraries
• Data Handling: Strong skills in data handling, preprocessing, and analysis
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an AI Developer in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Corporate Business Unit. This role will work alongside other AI architects, project leads, application owners, and database administrators to develop various solutions. The candidate is expected to have experience with AI development, data models, and interpreting business requirements, in order to create robust and time saving solutions for our customers. We are seeking individuals committed to delivering and improving quality services to our internal customers. This position requires occasional travel. Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
