- Operate various cutting equipment in the plant.
- Safely handle power industrial equipment including forklift operation.
- Work in a clean and orderly manner.
- Operate and train on the Hydraulic Laminator.
- Operate and train on the Oasys card punch and PMC card cutter equipment.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Accurately and efficiently fill customer orders.
- Maintain clean work areas.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Inform leadership of safety hazards or problem situations.
- Keep up with required metrics for areas assigned.
- Support other job assignments as needed and directed by leadership team.
- Other job duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE ABILITY :
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATH ABILITY :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS :
Basic computer skills (Windows, medical record software, MS Office, etc.) with proficient data entry skills of 40-50 wpm, in addition to basic knowledge of standard office equipment.
