Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Welder in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IBT Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Read and understand Drawings
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick and flux-core welding
• Aluminum welding
• Reviews weld drawings and procedures.
  
• Receives and maintains identity of released components
• Receives, stores, and maintains identity/traceability of weld and weld wire
• Devises and sets up tooling and fixtures as needed to result in an acceptable product by hand or with material handling equipment
• Complies with all plant work rules, regulations and specific instructions

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $30.20 - $39.50 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
