Due to continued growth and demand for our services, we are currently looking for highly motivated, hardworking, and dependable individuals to join our team. No experience is necessary and pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Maintain landscape features and enhance outdoor spaces through planting, pruning, mulching, and various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for various maintenance projects.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed while operating machinery and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently.
- Reporting to the Landscape Supervisor, you will utilize core skills to ensure the health and aesthetics of the lawn and landscape. Your premium mechanical knowledge will assist in operating equipment effectively. With no prior experience required, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop relevant skills in gardening and landscape maintenance while contributing to the beauty of our community.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of grounds maintenance and landscaping techniques
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Familiarity with lawn care and landscape maintenance practices
- Ability to use and operate machinery
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and develop skills is essential
