Job Position : Superintendent
Work Location : Brighton, Michigan ( projects may require some local travel)
Salary : $70,000 to $90,000 base ( salary dependents on years of experience and type of projects)

As a Superintendent you'll have the opportunity to :
- Manage a jobsite working around.
- Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors.
- Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
- Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
- Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage job site logistics.
- Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality.
