Job Position : Superintendent - Multifamily
Work Location : Projects are in the suburban Boston area
Salary : $100,000 to $120,000 ( wood-frame residential experience necessary, and pay range is based on experience managing ground-up projects from inception through completion)

As a Superintendent you'll have the opportunity to :
- Manage a job site working around.
- Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors.
- Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
- Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
- Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage jobsite logistics.
- Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality.
