Leominster Public Schools is seeking a Lead ABA Tutor
Special Education Lead ABA Tutor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four Year Degree
- Have the ability to relate to and work with children with disabilities
- Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community.
- Previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to the contractual responsibilities of an ABA Tutor, the ABA Lead Tutor will:

Coordinate coverage for absences

Assist in training of new ABA Tutors and ABA Paras

Assist BCBA and teachers with progress reports, developing IEPs, developing behavior plans and assist with conducting assessments

Coordinate with BCBA to provide updates/training during curriculum time or early release days

Arrive 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes late to assist with arrival and dismissal
*The ABA Lead Tutor will be on shift with students all day w/ the exception of training time, prep, and lunch
Stipend: $5,000 annually (Prorated)
