Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at francesca’s® in Naples, FL. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring the boutique meets sales goals. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will help create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff.
