Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Assistant Manager role located in Longmeadow, MA at francesca's®. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the store manager in day-to-day operations, assisting with training and development of team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
