Position Overview
The Operations and Logistics Coordinator will focus on writing and management of purchase orders, onboarding of vendors, and vendor compliance including issuance of charge backs. This position is located in the Houston, TX Home Office and will report to the Manager of Logistics and Delivery.
Essential Functions:
Purchase order (PO) creation via JDA software; 3 PO Types - Store, DTC, and Sneak Peak; track PO’s life cycle from creation to receipt.
PO management - communicate and partner with Merchant Team, meeting deadlines for PO creation; work with Inventory Control Team to help reconcile discrepancies.
Vendor coordination and follow up including risk reporting related to late shipments.
Onboarding of vendors via EDI software.
Vendor compliance (charge backs) and follow up; identify and issue credit memos for charge backs; work with vendors who are non-compliant.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D. is highly recommended.
