What You’ll Do
As our Web Designer, you’ll:
- Design and Develop: Build visually captivating, user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, Java, and WordPress, ensuring top-tier performance, creativity, user experience, responsiveness, and exceptional aesthetic appeal.
- Execute Advanced Customizations: Utilize advanced techniques to push the boundaries of web design.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to design and website functionality.
- Graphic Design Excellence: Create graphics for websites, print materials, and event signage, maintaining a consistent, modern and compelling visual identity.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the team to translate ideas into exceptional web designs.
- Client Engagement: Occasionally assist clients in understanding and managing their websites effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, and Java at an advanced level is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Demonstrated expertise in website performance optimization and a strong understanding of search engine algorithms.
- Fully capable of transitioning seamlessly between front-end and back-end development environments.
- Proven ability to leverage the Elementor builder for crafting responsive, high-performing websites.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing WordPress websites.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or MidJourney.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Creative vision and the confidence to propose and execute innovative ideas.
- Knowledge of SEO and responsive design principles is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in web design and development is required.
