We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Social Media and Brand Manager who will work directly with our CEO to amplify our digital presence and brand voice. You will be instrumental in managing our content strategy and social media presence while ensuring our message resonates with our target audience.

**Experience with content management and social media strategy is a must**

What We do:

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Review and respond to comments across all platforms
- Develop and execute content strategy aligned with business goals
- Final review of all content before publication
- Direct collaboration with CEO on content creation
- Track and analyze social media metrics
- Create and maintain content calendars
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Identify trends and insights to optimize performance
- Coordinate with video editors and content creators
- Participate in content brainstorming sessions
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
- Write compelling copy for social media posts and marketing materials
- Create engaging captions and content that drives audience engagement
- Develop content ideas and scripts for video content
- Write and optimize content for SEO
- Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all written communications
- Draft blog posts and website content updates
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in social media management or similar role
- Proven track record of growing social media presence
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with video content strategy preferred

**This is a hybrid position and candidates must be able to commute to the Orlando office in Dr Phillips area**
