This role will focus on analyzing, tracking, and optimizing the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure that our strategies are driving results and delivering value to our business and that our teams can easily and rapidly adjust campaigns in real-time.
Job Overview :
The Marketing Campaign Analyst will play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across all channels and go-to-market motions and business lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, providing actionable insights, and making recommendations for improving campaign performance. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns are delivering on KPIs and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. In addition, you will be responsible for developing, managing and creating visibility and access to campaign, tactic and aggregate dashboards and managing the business intelligence capabilities and tools for the team. This position will track budget and spend and work directly with the finance team on calculating ROI, ARPU and all funnel metrics to ensure alignment across the company. You’ll also work to create a joint view of revenue metrics with the Sales Operations team, to increase pipeline performance (quality, velocity, volume).
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Analytics & Reporting :
- Campaign Performance Analysis
Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, social, web, etc.), including metrics and KPI’s. Create the optimal dashboards for what’s most important and own form / function and usability of the information.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Prospect lists, external data) to create prospect segmentation strategies, clone models, predictive analysis of potential campaign performance and evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and deliver regular reports that summarize campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations. Customize reports for different stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance, KPIs, and trends. Use visualization tools to make complex data accessible and actionable.
Campaign Optimization & Recommendations :
Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign strategies based on performance data. This may include recommendations for A / B testing, targeting adjustments, content modifications, or timing changes.
Design and implement A / B tests for email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing assets. Analyze test results to identify best-performing elements and strategies.
Work with the marketing team to optimize audience segmentation and targeting based on performance data to improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with the email marketing, content, creative, marketing strategy and external agency teams to ensure campaigns are structured effectively, performance is tracked properly, and insights are shared.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand their goals, share campaign performance insights, and align marketing efforts with sales and product initiatives.
Act as a bridge between campaign execution and analytics, ensuring that campaign insights are integrated into future strategies and continuously improve marketing processes.
Campaign Structure & Strategy Support :
Assist in setting up campaigns in marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), ensuring all tracking mechanisms are in place for accurate data collection.
Monitor and report on campaign budgets, ensuring that spending is aligned with expected outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize budget efficiency.
Conduct research on competitor campaigns and market trends to provide context for campaign performance and suggest new opportunities or adjustments.
Qualifications :5 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or digital marketing. Prior experience working with email marketing, and omni-channel campaigns, in a B2B space is required.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to process and interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Familiarity with reporting dashboards and data visualization tools is a plus. Deep HubSpot experience is required.
Experience with A / B testing and optimization strategies, particularly in digital marketing channels like email, landing pages, and paid media.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when analyzing data and reporting results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easily understandable format to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively across teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Relevant certifications in marketing analytics or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
