Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and receiving products
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Support in scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Assist in implementing promotional activities to drive sales
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and employees.
- Experience in shift management within an elevated restaurant enviroment.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Previous experience as a server, or bartender.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
