About the Role :
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Development Governance team as an Assistant Manager, Non-Traditional Sales based in Miami, FL . The Non-Traditional channel is strategically important in Subway's multi-year, global refresh journey, and the Assistant Manager, Non-Traditional Sales plays a key support role to drive many of those strategies forward. From supporting the team's franchise sales efforts through forecasting and tracking the sales pipeline; to participating in the expansion of Subway's largest accounts; to project management of Subway's franchise trade show exhibits, this role's responsibilities are diverse and dynamic.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Provide sales support in successfully sourcing, qualifying, and securing new opportunities to include but not be limited to Non-Traditional venues particularly airports, universities, hospitals, and c-store / gas, travel plazas, etc.
- Entering and maintaining non-traditional site leads in CRM in alignment with site submission and evaluation process.
- Managing cross-functionally with development, market planning and construction teams to advance opening pipeline.
- Managing the Non-Trad forecast and tracking progress towards new restaurant opening targets.
- Trade Show support areas of responsibility include : In partnership with franchise sales team and Sr. Marketing Manager, define trade show schedule for upcoming year no later than end of Q3 of prior year.
- Budget management, including securing quotes, exploring value-engineered solutions when needed, and invoice submission and processing.
- Develop a standardized planning process for each show that includes lead time management, a consistent intake process to define strategy, a regular cadence of meetings, stakeholder approvals, and status updates leading up to the show, run of show documentation, and cross-functional post-mortem review.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for the trade show vendor, providing direction and ensuring approvals and responses from Subway are completed in a timely manner.
- In close partnership with Sr. Marketing Manager, ensure Subway's trade show presence and messaging are consistent with B2B marketing campaign.
- In partnership with marketing agency and other third-party vendors, develop any graphics, marketing materials, hand-outs, giveaways, activations, etc. needed.
- Potentially required to travel to our largest trade shows of the year, likely 1-2 shows.
