About the Role :
The Construction Manager is a critical role responsible for leading and managing the construction of new restaurant locations and relocations within a designated area of the country. This position requires a hands-on, construction-minded individual with the expertise to oversee all aspects of the development process, from planning to final execution.
As the primary point of contact for franchisees and project stakeholders, the Construction Manager ensures projects are delivered on time and to the company's high standards. Key responsibilities include managing construction schedules, facilitating communication between teams, conducting site visits, and troubleshooting issues to drive successful outcomes. This role directly supports the growth and operational goals of the organization by ensuring seamless execution of new build and relocation projects.

Research and resolve construction-related inquiries, ensuring smooth project execution and proactive issue resolution.\nManage all facets of new and relocation construction projects to ensure they remain on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes.\nConduct in-person and virtual meetings with internal teams, franchisees, and contractors to ensure alignment and drive progress throughout the project lifecycle.\nMaintain critical project documents, such as equipment orders, floor plans, and internal tracking forms.
