About the Role :
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Guest Data & Martech team as a Sr. Director of Marketing Technology based in Miami, FL or Shelton, CT. The Sr. Director of Marketing Technology will lead technology delivery of Subway's Data Driven Global Martech capabilities including email, SMS, digital analytics, personalization, loyalty, and offers based on the marketing strategic roadmap. This seasoned Martech leader will lead a cross-functional guest data platform and Martech to bring Subway's global, personalized marketing vision to life. Additionally, this leader will be a liaison with the various Subway marketing and digital functions and ensure the holistic, cross-functional execution of key marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Lead a technical team to effectively operate an enterprise Martech platform such as Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and leverage analytics to drive business results and validate Digital effectiveness.
- Effectively lead a technical team to operate a guest data platform and Consumer Data Platform (CDP) to drive personalized marketing activities.
- Partner with promotion, content, web, and mobile app teams to achieve shared outcomes needed for complex marketing goals. Apply extensive business knowledge of restaurant / retail Martech, Loyalty, and Gift Cards to translate marketing objectives into successful technical outcomes on the underlying technical platforms.
- Oversee Martech delivery partners and vendors such as agencies and IT service providers to ensure effective, high-quality campaigns.
- Collaborate with senior marketing executives to develop a comprehensive Martech and guest data driven personalization roadmap to support the overall personalized marketing strategy.
