What You’ll Do :

  • Lead & Develop – Build and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive Sales – Proactively seek new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee inventory, logistics, and daily operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Strategic Growth – Identify market trends and opportunities to expand our presence in the Denver area.

Responsibilities

  • Assess local market conditions and identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales and profitability plans.
  • Maintain full P&L accountability for the region.
  • Ensure proper staffing and direction of work performance.
  • Provide talent development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Recommend changes in policies and goals for the location.
  • Communicate effectively with other locations and senior leaders.
  • Provide accurate forecasting for sales and budget planning.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Credit and Collections team on credit policy and collecting
  • Safeguard company assets including structures and inventory.
  • Participate in community and industry organizations to enhance company presence.
  • Requirements

  • University degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity.
  • Experience in sales growth strategies and distribution channel management.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and commercial sales principles.
  • Ability to re-engineer sales operations and develop new strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct sales forces.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees effectively.
  • Solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers.
  • Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting techniques.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings and events.
  • High proficiency with IT systems such as Stone Profits
