Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Site Acquisition Specialist to join our Site Acquisition Team. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and securing lease agreements for sites to install, own, and operate EV charging stations. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth and expansion plans by ensuring site host agreements align with our strategic objectives and program requirements. This position will report directly to our Head of Site Development and Acquisition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify and evaluate potential sites for EV charging station installations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and expansion plans.
· Negotiate lease agreements and secure site host partnerships with property owners, landlords, and other stakeholders.
· Conduct thorough site feasibility analyses, including site visits, to ensure compliance with program requirements and technical specifications.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, engineering, operations) to facilitate the site acquisition process and resolve any potential challenges.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective site hosts to promote the value of partnering with the company.
· Maintain accurate records of site acquisition activities, including contracts, communications, and site evaluations.
· Monitor and report progress on site acquisition efforts, ensuring timely execution of agreements to meet project deadlines.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, urban planning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or a related field.
· Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
· Strong analytical skills to assess site feasibility, including location, accessibility, and compliance with program requirements.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
· Ability to travel regionally as required for site visits and negotiations.
· Managerial experience preferred.
