Position Summary: The Site Host Communications Analyst plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships between our EV charging company and site hosts. This position ensures clear, consistent, and professional communication with site hosts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating successful deployment and operation of EV charging infrastructure. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing sustainable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for site hosts, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Provide clear updates on project timelines, maintenance schedules, and operational changes.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with site hosts to foster trust and collaboration.
• Address and resolve site host concerns related to EV charging station deployment, operation, or billing.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams while ensuring site hosts remain informed throughout the resolution process.
• Analyze communication trends and feedback to identify recurring issues or areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on site host engagement metrics, satisfaction levels, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine communication workflows and enhance the site host experience.
• Provide input on tools and systems that improve communication efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to training materials and communication templates to ensure consistency and professionalism.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for site hosts.
• Share insights and feedback from site hosts to inform product development and service enhancements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
• 2 years of experience in a communications, customer relations, or project management role.
• Familiarity with EV infrastructure or renewable energy industries is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions.
