Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of dance routines and practices.
- Provide individualized coaching to athletes, focusing on technique and performance.
- Support the Head Coach in managing team dynamics and choreography.
- Promote a positive and supportive team culture.
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
- Ensure the safety of students during rehearsals and performances.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for teaching dance and motivating students.
- Knowledge of various dance styles and techniques.
- Completion of 60 or more college credit hours prior to coaching.
